Presleigh P. Was so kind and sweet. She was very helpful I didn’t know how to find my coupon this place is further from my home then I would like but because of this experience I am going to get a membership she’s amazing! The was was really good. I liked the I could see they use good products. Also great pressure on the vacuums they even have the little pressure spray thing you can use a lot of car washes have taken that out. Would have liked a bottle of water.

Vibe Car Wash on Virginia Parkway in McKinney does an excellent job washing my van. It is genuinely one of the few places where I can drive through and leave without having to get out and dry off missed spots afterward. The tire shine is always on point, and whatever chemicals they use really bring out a clean, noticeable shine on the entire van. I especially want to recognize Joshua. Every time I come through, he has a great attitude, is friendly, and provides outstanding customer service. Employees like Joshua are the reason people keep coming back. In fact, because of the consistently great wash and the way Joshua treats customers, my son will be getting a membership there too as well!

We always have such a great experience at Vibe Car Wash! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful, and we consistently receive amazing service. We especially want to give a shoutout to the manager, Joshua! We see him pretty regularly when we come in, and he is always so kind, welcoming, and willing to help with anything we need. He really goes above and beyond and makes every visit a great experience. We definitely appreciate him and all of the great service we receive at Vibe!

Kridik was incredibly friendly and helpful during the check out process. He greeted me with a smile, discussed the features of the car wash packages and helped me with a technical issue with a promotion. I’m am super grateful to have a clean truck and great service!

Went through the car wash on Saturday Jan 31, 2026 after all the snow / ice and my back passenger tail light was ripped out during the car wash. We talked to the manager and filed the report. They "reviewed it" and determined on 2/3/2026 that it was loose when we entered the drive thru and closed out the ticket. They provided some videos and pictures which we immediately contested. The light was not coming out, it is just a shadow. The top picture does not show it coming out as we are entering the car wash and a picture of the driver side tail light shows that is just how the tail light is installed. They have since not responded to our rebuttal 3 weeks ago and would appreciate it someone from Vibe would contact us to continue this dispute of their findings.
